What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India has extended the validity of the existing All-Inclusive Directions applicable to Sikar Urban Co-operative Bank Limited, Sikar, Rajasthan. The bank had originally been placed under these directions from close of business on November 09, 2018, and the latest extension continues them from close of business on December 09, 2023 up to close of business on March 09, 2024. The release states that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and that the extension should not be construed as RBI being satisfied with the bank’s financial position.
