What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India has extended the validity of the All-Inclusive Directions already in force against Sikar Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Sikar, Rajasthan. The directions, originally issued on October 26, 2018 and last extended up to September 09, 2023, were continued for a further three months until close of business on December 09, 2023. The release states that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and that the extension should not be taken to mean RBI is satisfied with the bank’s financial position.
