What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India has continued the All-Inclusive Directions already in force against Sikar Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Sikar, Rajasthan. The original directions were issued on October 26, 2018 and were last extended up to December 09, 2022; the new directive dated December 08, 2022 extends their validity from December 10, 2022 to March 09, 2023, subject to review. RBI also noted that the extension should not be construed as satisfaction with the bank’s financial position, and that all other terms and conditions of the original directive remain unchanged.
