Penalty value was concentrated in a small group of actions

The largest disclosed penalty was ₹75.0 lakh, while the median was ₹1.0 lakh, compared with ₹15.0 lakh and ₹2.0 lakh respectively in July 2025. The top five actions accounted for 82.6% of disclosed penalty value, up from 66.3%.
