What Happened
RBI extended the operation of its existing All Inclusive Directions against The Mudhol Co-Operative Bank Limited, Dist- Bagalkot, Karnataka. The directions, issued under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, were originally issued on April 2, 2019 and had been last extended up to April 07, 2021. The new order continues the same directive for three more months, from April 08, 2021 to July 07, 2021, subject to review, with all other terms unchanged.
