What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India has extended the period of operation of the existing All Inclusive Directions issued to The Mudhol Co-Operative Bank Limited, Dist- Bagalkot, Karnataka, under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The directive, originally issued on April 2, 2019 and last extended up to October 7, 2020, will now continue from October 8, 2020 to April 7, 2021, subject to review. RBI states that all other terms and conditions of the directions remain unchanged.
