What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India extended the period of operation of the existing All Inclusive Directions issued to The Mudhol Co-operative Bank Limited, Mudhol, Dist. Bagalkot, Karnataka under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The directions, originally dated April 2, 2019 and previously extended up to April 7, 2020, were continued from April 8, 2020 to July 7, 2020, subject to review. The press release specifies that all other terms and conditions of the directives remain unchanged.
