RBI extended existing Section 35A directions on Shri Shivaji Sahakari Bank Ltd., Gadhinglaj for another six months. The original restrictions continue unchanged.

The bank remains subject to the same RBI-imposed operating restrictions for the extended period through October 24, 2014. Customers and counterparties continue to face the consequences of the directions, and the bank must comply with the unchanged terms until the order is reviewed or otherwise modified.

RBI extended the existing Section 35A directions on Shri Shivaji Sahakari Bank Ltd. for another six months. The bank remains under the same terms and conditions as before.

The bank continues to operate under the same RBI-imposed restrictions until April 24, 2014, with no change to the existing terms. Customers and counterparties remain subject to the operational limitations already in place under the Section 35A directions, and the bank must comply with the extended order and display the directive at its premises.
