RBI extended its existing Section 35A directions on Shatabdi Mahila Sahakari Bank Ltd., Thane for three more months. The operating terms remained unchanged.

The bank continues to operate under RBI-imposed restrictions until November 17, 2015, subject to review. Depositors and other stakeholders remain affected by the unchanged operational constraints already in place under the directions.
