Sajjan Commercial Enterprises Ltd

The Reserve Bank of India, exercising powers under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, cancelled the Certificate of Registration of seven companies. The companies listed are Malpani Financial Services Private Limited, Vishav Dealer Private Limited, U K Fin Services Limited, Prabhat (India) Limited, Compusta Securities Private Limited, Harshant Investments Private Limited, and Sajjan Commercial Enterprises Ltd. Following cancellation of their CoRs, they shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution as defined in Section 45-I(a) of the RBI Act, 1934.

The seven companies cannot legally continue NBFC business after the cancellation date stated against each company. Customers and counterparties should expect cessation of regulated NBFC operations by these entities, subject to any separate legal or winding-up processes.
