M/s Raw Gold Securities Limited

The Reserve Bank of India cancelled the Certificate of Registration of seven non-banking financial companies in exercise of powers under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The listed entities include Suarabhakti Goods Private Limited, Sirmour Holdings Private Ltd., Springfield Vinimay Private Limited, Sobell Finance Limited, Swojas Finance Private Limited, Zytel Investments Limited, and Raw Gold Securities Limited. As a result, these companies cannot transact the business of a non-banking financial institution as laid down under Section 45-I(a) of the RBI Act, 1934.

The seven companies lose the legal ability to operate as NBFCs and must cease non-banking financial institution activities. Customers and counterparties should no longer treat them as authorized NBFCs for new business or regulated lending/financial services activities.
