The Reserve Bank of India has further extended the operation of the existing Directions issued under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 for Loknete R.D. (Appa) Kshirsagar Sahakari Bank Ltd., Niphad, Tal. Niphad, Dist. Nashik. The directions, first issued on December 15, 2025 and previously extended up to September 16, 2026, are now extended for another three months, up to the close of business on December 16, 2026, subject to review. The RBI also notes that the extension should not be construed as satisfaction with the bank's financial position and that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
