What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India has extended the existing All-inclusive Directions issued to Dwarakadas Mantri Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd., Beed, Maharashtra under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The directions, first issued on March 09, 2022 and previously extended up to December 09, 2023, now remain in force until close of business on March 09, 2024, subject to review. The press release states that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and does not describe any new misconduct in this particular release.
