What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India extended the validity of the All-Inclusive Directions already in force against Sumerpur Mercantile Urban Co-operative Bank Limited, Sumerpur, Rajasthan. The bank had originally been placed under these directions from close of business on December 06, 2022, and the validity had earlier been extended up to September 06, 2023. By the fresh directive dated September 05, 2023, RBI continued the same directions for a further three months, up to close of business on December 06, 2023, with all other terms and conditions unchanged.
