What Happened
RBI has extended the period of operation of its earlier directions issued to Jaiprakash Narayan Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd., Basmatnagar, Hingoli, Maharashtra under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The original directive dated July 28, 2022, which had already been extended up to April 29, 2023, will now continue to apply for another three months from April 30, 2023 to July 29, 2023, subject to review. No other terms and conditions were changed.
