What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India has extended the applicability of its earlier directive dated April 26, 2019 against The Madgaum Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Margao, Goa. The directions, which had already been extended up to August 02, 2020, will now remain in force from August 03, 2020 to December 02, 2020, subject to review. The release states that all other terms and conditions of the directions remain unchanged and that the copy of the directive is displayed at the bank’s premises.
