What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India reviewed the financial position of The Adoor Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd, Adoor, Kerala and extended the existing directions issued under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The earlier directions, which had already been extended up to May 09, 2020, were continued for another three months, from May 10, 2020 to August 09, 2020, subject to review. The release states that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
