What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India cancelled the Certificate of Registration of six non-banking financial companies under Section 45-IA(6) of the RBI Act, 1934. The companies listed include Pace Properties Private Limited, Mahajan Vayapar Private Limited, Apeksha Tours and Travel Private Limited, Ravindra Hire Purchase and Finance Private Limited, Oceanic Leasing Company Private Limited, and RPS Finvest Private Limited. Following cancellation, these entities are not permitted to transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution under the RBI Act.
