What Happened
The Reserve Bank of India has extended the directions already applicable to Hardoi Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, for two more months, from July 30, 2017 to September 29, 2017, subject to review. These directions were originally issued under Section 35A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (AACS) and had already been extended earlier.
